As I said, these are minor points- the pic as a whole is very well done! Strong first submission to GFX ^_^ Before you get too lost in this place, take a peek at the Artwork guidlines http://www.gfxartist.com/about/FAQ/27572/ That pretty much covers everything you need to know about submitting artwork.
I vote you +8 points ^_^

My only quirks are she seems a bit slanted at the top (I worry she's going to just fall over), and the straps around her waist line still look a bit 2D to me.
I had to check, but it seems this is your first submission (assuming previous ones were not deleted). Very awesome work.

Nothing to add crit wise, it's all been said i think.
+7/7 Even though there are minor faults i can't bring myself to take a point off lol!

Now, for the nit picky stuff. The brush strokes around her elbow, of the wall attract alot of attention and doesn't give me the impression she is leaning on the wall itself. The body has great tonal variations, but the face seems flat. It's a whole different tone altogether and seems underdeveloped. I think if you push your darks a little bit more the resulting contrast would make this piece go from great to outstanding.

hope that didn't cause any bad feelings esp since you were nice enough to comment on my stuff~ as harsh as it was, it was not untruthful of you
but what can i say that others have not already said? goldish hues like early morning make it appealing to the eye and the model is beautiful..
